My name is Cullen Colapietro and I am proud to be roasting your coffee fresh for you.
Our mission: We aim to bring fresh roasted coffee from around the world, to your cup. We carefully select beans that are equitably and sustainably sourced and beans that have received over an 84 SCA cup score.
About our operation: We have chosen air roasting methods to ensure a low environmental impact and the cleanest possible cup of coffee. We roast from our home shop and operate under cottage industry standards for the state of Ohio.
