All of the dark roast body and sweetness with NONE of the bitter tones. This brews a balanced and HIGHLY drinkable cup that is brimming with flavor. Tasting notes of chocolate, caramel and spice. This is a blend of North and Central and South American beans.
We DO NOT take our dark roast to carbonized extremes unless requested – this roast is a vienna roast just about 30 seconds into second crack.

I bought this coffee while they were selling as a vendor at a street food truck event. Excellent coffee, I ground the whole beans very fine and use it in reusable k-cups and also used in French press with a coarser grind. Definitely recommend if you prefer a darker roast.
