From the cradle, this Harrar is from the birthplace of coffee.
This is a very lovely bean with a creamy body, citrus acidity and tasting notes of blueberries and dark chocolate. This is great as a single origin pour over and even makes a very lovely shot of lighter roasted espresso.
We roast this bean to a lighter city roast

Excellent coffee ☕️!! The flavor profile is on point and definitely had a slight taste of strawberry. Would highly recommend but then again I haven’t had anything that wasn’t excellent. Plan trying every roast!!
